ORDERING

How Do I Place a Order ? 

We cannot accept orders over the telephone, Our website uses the most common payment providers which offer you the best security when placing your order.

Why was my payment declined?

Please contact your card issuer for more details,however If you feel there is no issue then please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

How long will it take to receive my goods ?

How do I arrange a return ?

We provide free prepaid returns labels for all orders shipping within the UK, if you are outside the UK please contact our team here

I have not received my refund ?

Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. If your order was paid via Klarna, the refund will be passed to Klarna who will adjust your statement.

Why does my discount code not work ?

Some brands are excluded from certain promotions however if you need assistance using a discount code, contact our team here are we will be happy to look into it.
