Customs Charges

Customs duties are not included in the final price of your order, you will be responsible for paying these if applicable in your country.

If you refuse to pay the duties incurred, these will be deducted from any refund/credit due
Please note from the 1st January 2021 due to Brexit there will be import taxes for goods being shipped to the EU. For more information please refer to your local tax system.

Returns

We understand that occasionally garments may need to be returned and we want to make our returns process as simple and streamlined as possible.

Should you need to return your garments, you have 14 days from the date of order in which to send them back to us.

All goods must have all labels attached and in their original packaging, odour free and folded in the same condition as they were received.

If the above is not followed then a £10 pressing / steaming charge will be deducted from the refund.
